This policy explains what personal information DMI Store, operated by DREAM Ministry International (“we”, “us”), collects when you order a book, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Your name and email address
• Your shipping address and phone number
• Your order details (the book, quantity, and amount paid)
• Basic technical data such as your browser type and IP address, collected when you visit the site

Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe’s secure form and goes directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use your information

• To process your payment and fulfil your order
• To ship your book and send you tracking information
• To send order confirmations and reply to your questions
• To prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• Thailand Post, to deliver your order. They receive your name, address, and phone number.
• Authorities, when the law requires it

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site and checkout to work. Stripe may also set cookies to prevent fraud and process your payment.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle any claims, and meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we must keep by law. Email shid8106@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
