Shipping policy

DMI Store ships physical books from Thailand using Thailand Post. This page explains how shipping works, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

We ship within Thailand and to international destinations served by Thailand Post. If we cannot ship to your address, you will see this at checkout before you pay.

Shipping cost

Books are $15.00 USD each. Shipping is charged separately and depends on your delivery location and the number of books in your order. The shipping cost is added at checkout, and you see the full total before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to Thailand Post within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Thailand.

Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been handed to Thailand Post.

• Within Thailand: about 2 to 7 business days
• International: about 7 to 30 business days, depending on the destination and customs

Delays can happen because of customs processing, holidays, weather, or local postal services.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a Thailand Post tracking number where tracking is available for your destination.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping cost, and the buyer is responsible for paying them.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully before you order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that you entered. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at shid8106@gmail.com, and we will try to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. See our refund policy for how we resolve these cases.
