Terms of service

These terms apply when you use this website and buy from DMI Store, operated by DREAM Ministry International (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.

What we sell

We sell physical books. Product descriptions and photos are as accurate as we can make them, but the cover colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed book.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars (USD). Books are currently $15.00 each.
• Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.
• Your order is confirmed once your payment succeeds.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order that has already been placed.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Shipping and refunds

Shipping is handled through Thailand Post. See our shipping policy and refund policy for details. They are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, and the books we sell, are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our content or books’ contents without written permission from the rights holder.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or your purchase. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
